Q: Are your sofas brand new?

A: Yep! All our sofas on our website are brand new, never used, and come straight from our trusted UK supplier. No second-hand or returns here.

Q: Can I see the sofa before buying?

A: Unfortunately not at the moment! As we don’t have a physical store we can keep our prices down as we have lower overheads! But we do have a free returns policy, I will explain below!

Q: How quick is delivery?

A: 6-8 Weeks from order, as all of our sofas are made to order to ensure quality. As all sofas are handcrafted in the U.K.

Q: Is delivery free?

A: Local delivery (within 60 miles of Wigan) is completely free.

Q: Do you bring the sofa inside?

A: Yes — we’ll bring it into your home and set it where you want it. If you’ve got stairs, tricky doorways, or a narrow hallway just let us know so we’re prepared.

A: However’s easiest for you — debit/credit card, PayPal.

Q: Do you do finance?

A: Yep — you can split the cost into 3 easy payments with PayPal Pay in 3.

Q: What if I don’t like the sofa once it arrives?

A: No stress - Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. As long as it’s still in its original condition, we’ll sort a refund & collect the sofa from you.

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: Yes, every sofa comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s fabric & interior warranty & 10 years frame warranty for peace of mind.

We strongly recommend that you double-check measurements, the space in your room, and colour schemes before making your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your sofa, we’ve got you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa doesn’t suit your taste or style. Just contact us within 24 hours of receiving the sofa, and you’ll receive a full refund, including your delivery charge, on the day of collection.
