Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. 

We strongly recommend that you double-check measurements, the space in your room, and colour schemes before making your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your sofa, we’ve got you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa doesn’t suit your taste or style. Just contact us within 24 hours of receiving the sofa, and you’ll receive a full refund, including your delivery charge, on the day of collection.

To be eligible: 

• Contact us at - contact@hilldalesofas.com within 24 hours of delivery.

• The sofa must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 

• The sofa must be in its original packaging (where possible).

• If your sofa arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
